What makes us unique?

EFGS is a non-profit organization officially founded in 2009 at the initiative of a French-speaking group of parents with the support of the FLAM (Français LAngue Maternelle) program.
Our mission is to provide affordable, effective and high quality educational options for children ages from 3.5 to 13. Our program is designed for children who already understand French with prerequisites for each class level. Our main goals are for students to not only maintain and reinforce their knowledge of the language but also learn more about French and francophone cultures. Our language program was carefully thought and validated by education professionals to ensure high quality and strengthen the four pillars of language (understanding, speaking, writing and reading) in a stimulating and engaging environment. Children have many opportunities to exchange, share, listen, read and write in French. Our classes are 3 hours/week for 30 weeks and are taught in full immersion.

"We love the friendships and exposure to the french culture that our entire family has gained. It's a joy when my child shows pride in his ability to speak french. It seems like he wears his ability as a badge of honor that differentiates him and makes him a more accomplished person." - Alka, parent (in the program since 2011)
