All students, both new and continuing, need to pre-enroll online every academic year. The pre-enrollment determines the placement order and saves a spot for the student until a certain date for each session. A pre-enrollment fee of $200 will have to be paid with each application (one per child). This fee is only refundable if WE can't accept your child in our program or no class is available.
PRE-ASSESSMENT AND PLACEMENT For all new FLAM (French-speaking) students, we require a pre-assessment with a $50 adminstrative fee. Our goal is to evaluate the students’ French proficiency and place them in the best group. For returning students, placement is based on teachers' recommendations and progress reports. If our pedagogical team believes that our program is not the right fit and can not recommend an adequate placement, we will inform you and discuss options. If no adequate solution is found for the student, the enrollment process is terminated, and you will receive a refund of the pre-enrollment fee.
If you child is placed in a class, you will receive an email to confirm enrollment to the designated class. You will have the opportunity to choose between payment in full or in monthly installments. Enrollment is complete once you have filled out all the necessary information/waivers and made a payment towards tuition. Early Bird discounts:
10% off if enrolled by June 15th
5% off if enrolled by July 1st
Your reserved spot through the pre-enrollment process will be held until July 1st or for 3 business days if the placement was confirmed after that date. When classes are full, we will put the remaining students on a waitlist. In case of enrollment cancellation, a partial refund is possible before class starts.
